摘 要:由于彭页HF-1井在钻进过程中钻速仅在2.62 m/h左右,同时井眼轨迹难以控制,最大井斜角达到16°,采用螺杆钻具纠斜效果仍不明显,这些都给该井的施工带来困难,所以决定采用哈里伯顿旋转导向技术。为此介绍了EZ-Pilot旋转导向系统的结构、性能及其优点,基于其在彭页HF-1井的应用情况,分析了其应用效果。现场应用情况表明,采用EZ-Pilot旋转导向系统解决了传统导向造斜工具施工长水平段水平井时存在的摩阻大、井眼清洁度低的问题,满足该井钻完井施工作业要求。在机械钻速、井眼质量等方面,旋转导向系统都表现出良好的性能,其机械钻速要明显高于螺杆钻具,特别是在水平井段这种优势更明显,同时井眼的狗腿度每30 m仅在6°以内,保证了井眼的光滑。The rate of penetration (ROP) is only 2.62 m/h in the drilling process in Well HF - 1 of Pengye. Meanwhile, it is difficult to control hole trajectory. The maximum hole deviation angle is 16. Adoption of screw drill to conduct hole straightening does not yet achieve a remarkable effect. All these bring difficulties for the construction of the well. Therefore, it is decided that the Halliburton rotary steering drilling technology should be a- dopted. For this purpose the structure, performance and strengths of the EZ - Pilot rotary steering drilling system were introduced. On the basis of its application in Well HF - 1 of Pengye, its application effect was analyzed. The field application shows that adoption of the system solves the problem of remarkable resistance and low degree of hole cleanness in traditional whipstocking construction of horizontal well with long horizontal section, and satisfies the requirement of drilling and completion of the well. The system shows the desirable performance with regard to ROP and hole quality. Its ROP is remarkably higher than that of screw drill. This strength is more obvious especially in horizontal sections. Meanwhile, the hole dogleg angle is merely less than 6per30 m, ensuring the smoothness of hole.
