摘 要:为解决常规游梁式抽油机存在的平衡效果差、曲柄净扭矩脉动大、负扭矩和能耗大等问题,提出连杆辅助曲柄平衡的复合平衡改造方案。建立改造后的CYJY10-4.2-53HB型抽油机改造机的虚拟样机,运用ADAMS仿真软件对虚拟样机进行运动学仿真、动力学仿真和优化设计试验,计算出改造后抽油机理论节电率约30%。现场改造样机1台,并进行改造前、后对比测试。测试结果表明,抽油机有功功率下降5.436 kW,系统效率提高13.79%,百米吨液耗电下降0.16 kW.h,年节电量4.76×104kW.h,节电率23.55%。改造机消除了负扭矩,降低了峰值扭矩,从而降低了电机的装机容量,且改造方法简单,节能效果显著。The conventional beam pumping unit has poor balance effect, large net torque fluctuation, large neg- ative torque and high energy consumption. Therefore, the connecting rod assisted compound balance modification scheme was proposed. The virtual prototype of modified Model CYJY10 - 4. 2 - 53HB pumping unit was pro- duced. The ADAMS simulation software was used to conduct the kinematic simulation, dynamic simulation and opti- mized design of the prototype. The experimental findings show that the power saving ratio is about 30%. One proto- type was modified on the spot and a comparative test of the unit before and after the modification was carried out. The test findings indicate that the active power of the unit' s motor decreases by 5.436 kW, the system efficien- cy increases by 13.79% , the power consumption of per hundred meter-ton liquid decreases by 0. 16 kW ~ h, the annual power saving quantity is 4.76 x 104 kW ~ h and the power saving rate is 23.55%. The modified pumping unit eliminates negative torque and decreases peak torque, thus reducing the installed capacity of motor. Moreover, the modification method is simple and the power saving effect is remarkable.
