摘  要:为了降低裸眼水平井压裂改造成本,研制了压缩式裸眼封隔器。该裸眼封隔器采用可扩张保护块式胶筒端部保护机构及双胶筒密封单元,封隔器承压能力得到显著提高;同时,采用防中途坐封双保险锁定机构,降低了封隔器下入过程中提前坐封的风险。室内试验结果表明,在模拟152.4 mm裸眼井条件下,封隔器承受双向压差达70 MPa以上。该裸眼封隔器具有结构独特、加工成本低等特点。苏里格气田现场应用情况表明,压后平均无阻流量为相邻直井的3~9倍,获得了较好的增产效果,为长庆气田低成本快速开发提供了有力的技术支撑。To reduce the transformation cost of open hole horizontal well, the compression open hole packer was developed. The tool adopts a rubber end-protecting mechanism and double-rubber seal unit. The loading capacity of the packer was improved remarkably. Meanwhile, the tool adopts the midway-setting preventing double proofed loc- king mechanism, reducing the risk of in-advance setting in the process of packer running. The laboratory test find- ings show that in simulating the downhole condition of the 152. 4 mm (6 in) open hole, the packer can bear over 70 MPa of two-way pressure. The open hole packer is characterized by unique structure and low machining cost. The field application in Sulige Gasfield shows that the average open flow capacity after pressurization is 3 -9 times that of neighboring straight wells. The desirable yield increase effect has been achieved. The study provides a powerful technological support for the low-cost rapid development in Changqing Oilfield.
