摘  要:要重新恢复不规则封堵的老井或长停井时,现场施工中需要一种配套设备对油井进行泄压、压井,然后安装井口装置。为此,研制了可控型循环压井钻孔装置。该钻孔装置用卡箍与套管固定,用简易手动泵推动活塞向钻头加压,在油井套管钻孔建立压井通道后,可对油井进行有控制的泄压、压井施工。现场应用结果表明,可控型循环压井钻孔装置是一套安全、可靠、实用的工具,具有耐压高、操作简便和井口压力可控的特点,设计强度满足高压井口的要求,成功解决了老井和长停井恢复问题。To renovate the old wells or stop wells with irregular plugging a type of supporting equipment is nee- ded in the field construction to conduct pressure relief and killing in oil well and then to install wellhead. Therefore, the controllable circulation well-killing drilling device was developed. The device is fastened by clamp and cas- ing. The simple manual pump is used to make the piston pressurize the drilling bit. The operation of controlled pres- sure relief and killing in oil wells can be carried out after the killing channel of oil well is created by boring in the casing. The field application shows that the device is a set of safe, reliable and practical tools characterized by re- sistant to high temperature, simple operation and controllable wellhead pressure. The design strength satisfies the requirement of high-pressure wellhead, successfully solving the problem of recovering old wells and stop wells.
