摘  要:针对现有测试技术无法满足热采水平井注蒸汽四参数测试需要的状况,发明了水平井井下蒸汽干度测试方法,并研制出水平井注蒸汽四参数测试仪。该测试仪采用连续管起下、金属绝热瓶隔热、井下单片机采集存储数据、地面主机回放处理结果的方式,它不但能对水平井水平段的温度、压力、流量和干度4个参数同时测量,还能测试水平井水平段的吸汽剖面。该测试仪已在胜利油田2口注汽水平井测试中应用,成功率100%,测试起下安全可靠,井下工作稳定,测量精度高,能满足油田水平井注蒸汽四参数测试要求。The present testing technology cannot satisfy the requirement of steam injection four-parameter testing for thermal recovery horizontal wells. Therefore, the downhole steam dryness testing method for horizontal wells was invented and the steam injection four-parameter tester for horizontal wells was developed. The tester adopts coiled tubing tripping, thermal insulation of metal insulated bottle, data collection and storage by downhole microcon- troller and playback and result processing by ground host computer. It can simultaneously measure the four parame- ters of temperature, pressure, temperature amount and dryness of the horizontal interval of horizontal well. Moreo- ver, it can test the steam absorption section of the interval. The tester was applied to two steam injection horizontal wells in Shengli Oilfield, and the success rate reaches 100%. The testing and tripping operations are safe and relia- ble. The downhole operation is stable with a high measurement precision. It can satisfy the requirement of steam in- jection four-parameter testing in horizontal wells in oilfields.
