摘 要:目的 :探讨倒卵叶五加总皂甙 (SAOH)对实验性心律失常的影响。方法 :采用经动物颈静脉恒速注射的模型 ,监测哇巴因诱发豚鼠和乌头碱诱发大鼠首次出现室性早搏、室速、室颤、心脏停搏所用时间并换算成哇巴因和乌头碱的剂量。统计上采用组间t检验。结果 :SAOH组与对照组相比 ,哇巴因诱发豚鼠和乌头碱诱发大鼠出现心律失常的剂量明显增加。结论Objective To study the effect of saponin of acanthopanax obovatus hoo (SAOH) on ouabain induced arrhythmia in guinea pigs and aconitine induced arrhythmia in rats.Methods The arrhythmia model was produced by constant injecting the drugs into the cervical veins in guinea pigs or rats,the dose of drags for firstly showing of ventricular ectopic beats(VEBS),ventricular tachycardia(VT), ventricular fibrillation(VF) and cardio stopping were measured.Statistics treatment was made with group T test.Result More doses of ouabain or aconitine to induce arrhythmia are needed in SAOH group than those in contrast group.Conclusion SAOH have anti arrhythmic potency on ouabain or aconitine induced arrhythmia.
