摘　　要：在冲天炉条件下生产铸态摩托车用珠光体QT600-2圆柱凸轮,可获得球化等级不低于3级、珠光体大于80%的基体组织,以满足摩托车用圆柱凸轮的性能要求。This paper introduces the production of QT600-2 motorcycle cylindrical cam with cupola. That can produce the metal with the percentage of pearlite exceeding 80% and the spheroid rate over 3-level. It meets the manufacturing requirements of motorcycle cylindrical cam.
