摘 要:京杭运河苏北段上的刘老涧一线船闸首次使用了滚珠丝杆传动式启闭机,为了揭示其运动规律及受力情况,为今后的应用和改造提供理论依据,在启闭机无变频控制及有变频控制两种情况下对其运动及受力进行分析研究。结果表明:当启闭机螺母导套以1.8 m/min的设计速度沿导轨作直线运动时,无论是否采用变频控制,均满足设计300 kN启闭力的要求;采用变频控制后,闸门实现了"慢-快-慢"变速运行,闸门开启关闭时更加平稳、驱动力更大,闸门角速度及驱动力大小变化率达到了33%左右。The ball-screw-driven hoist was first used in line 1 ship lock of Liulaojian in north Jiangsu province.In order to reveal the law of motion and force and to provide the theory for further application and transformation,the motion and force of the ball-screw-driven hoist areanalyzed under conditions with frequency transformer and without frequency transformer.The result shows that when the nut runs 1.8 meters per minute at track,the force meets the design requirement of 300 kN whether or not we adopt the frequency transformer;when we adopt the frequency transformer,the motion of ship lock gate achieves"slow-fast-slow",the motion of the lock gate is steadier,the force of gate opening and closing is larger,and the change rate of both the angular velocity and the force reaches about 33%.
