摘　　要：山西的三次产业主要集中在工业,研究山西工业的行业结构对促进山西工业行业的结构调整、转型与跨越有着举足轻重的作用。文章应用因子分析法对山西工业行业结构进行分析,了解其结构特点与变化,以期对山西"十二五"期间工业的良性发展提出建议。The three industries of Shanxi is mainly concentrated in the industry,it plays an important role in promoting the adjustment of industrial structure,transformation and overfly of Shanxi＇ s industry. In this paper, factor analysis is made use of to analyse industrial structure and to understand its structural characteristics and changes in Shanxi, to make recommendations to the sound development ofShanxi＇ s industry in the ＂12th Five-Year＂ period.
