摘  要:目的 :观察银杏叶提取物 (EGb)对离体豚鼠回肠运动功能的影响。方法 :制作豚鼠回肠离体肠段标本 ,记录用药前后肠段的平滑肌纵肌收缩强度和静息张力 ,换算为变化百为率进行比较 ,t检验处理。结果 :较低浓度 ( 0 .3~ 1 0mg/L)的EGb可明显抑制小肠平滑肌的自发收缩活动 ,并显著减弱乙酰胆碱和组胺对小肠平滑肌活动的增强效应。而在高浓度时 ( 50mg/L)则增加平滑肌静息张力 (P <0 .0 5) ,且不受M胆碱能受体阻断剂阿托品的影响。结论 :EGb对胃肠运动具有较为复杂的调整作用。Objective To investigate the effects of Ginkgo biloba extracts (EGb) on intestinal myoeletric activity of guinea pigs in vitro.Methods The samples of isolated ileum segment from guinea pigs were prepared,then the contraction intensity and static tonisity of gut longitudinal muscles were measured pre and postadministration of EGb.The data were converted into varience percentage to contrast and treated by T text.Results It was found that EGb (0.3~10mg/L)significantly inhibited contraction of small intestine and decreased exterior Ach and His induced constriction (P&lt;0.01).However,the tension of spontaneus constriction of small intestine was significantly increased after administration of EGb at higher concentration(50mg/L) (P&lt;0.05),and this effect cannot be inhibited by atropine (adrenaline receptor inhibitor) and propranolol(β receptor inhibitor).Conclusion EGb can complexly modulate intestinal movement.
