人工饲养扬子鳄野外放归试验成效初报

摘　　要：野生扬子鳄的种群数量越来越少,并一直以每年4%～6%的速度下降。鉴于此,扬子鳄保护区在21世纪初开展了人工饲养扬子鳄的野外放归工作,2003年以来在扬子鳄栖息地(湿地)上放归人工饲养的扬子鳄,放归后的扬子鳄能适应栖息地,成功地繁殖、孵化出幼鳄,野外放归取得了初步成效。The populations of Alligator sinensis were decreasing annually by 4-6 % at the end of 20th century. It was for this reason that the work releasing into the wild artificially-bred Alligator sinensis began at the beginning of the 21th century. Artificially-bred alligators have been released into their wetland habitats since 2003. The released alligators have got used to their habitats and successfully reproduced and hatched baby alligators. The release has achieved initial results.
