摘  要:西南某沉积-改造型某低品位锶矿主要含锶矿物为天青石和菱锶矿,主要脉石矿物为白云石、石英、方解石和水云母。根据目的矿物和脉石矿物可浮性的差异,以GSA药剂抑制硅酸盐和碳酸盐矿物,烷基硫酸盐回收天青石和菱锶矿经一次粗选四次精选,开路试验获得了原矿SrSO436.19%,精矿品位SrSO466.00%,回收率65.07%的指标。目的回收矿物与脉石矿物间密度差异较大,理论上也可采用摇床重选回收含锶矿物。将原矿碎至0.8mm以下,经摇床一次粗选一次扫选,试验取得了理想的指标:原矿品位SrSO436.15%,精矿品位SrSO478.15%,回收率80.90%。本试验研究为该锶矿石的开发利用提供一种技术可行、投资少、便于操作、绿色环保的工艺技术。Celestite and strontianite are the main strontium minerals and dolomite, quartz, calcite and hydromica are the main gauges in the sedimentary-reformed type of low-grade strontium ore in southwestern China. According to the difference of floataility of purpose minerals and gangues, by adopting GSA to inhibit the flotation of silicate and carbonate and lauryl sulfate to collect celestite and strontianite, through one roughing four cleaning, the raw ore with 36.19% of SrSO4 ,the concentrate with 66.00% of SrSO4 and the recovery of 65.07% were obtained in the open-circuit test. Theoretically table concentrator can be used to recover celestite and strontianite because of the big gap of density between purpose minerals and gangue ores. By crushing th the satisfactory indexes can be obtained with the grade of the e ore below 0. 8mm,through one roughing one scavenging, raw ore as 36. 15% ,the grade of the concentrate as 78.15% and the recovery of 80.90%. This research provides the technology with the characteristics of feasibility in technology ,little investment,easy operation and benefit for environmental protection for the utilization of this strontium ore.
