摘  要:利用对偶原则构造了一种新型的三点式振荡器。通过对电路结构的抽象化处理,得到了关于环路增益的Y参数算法,从而使环路增益的计算得以获得简便有效的表达。将文献[10]中相量形式关于起振条件的要求,应用在电路上,仔细考察了其中的计算与证明的细节,从中得知(φT(ω)/ω)ω=ω1的符号具有不依赖于元件参数具体数值的恒定性。这一电路具有比常规三点式振荡器更为丰富的工作组态,但每种组态临界起振时对于元件参数的要求又是简单的。最后,相关分析结论得到了仿真试验与硬件电路实验两方面的检验。According to the principle of duality,a new type of three-terminal patterned oscillator is contrived.After the circuit is Abstracted,the loop-gain calculation on Y-parameters is surely deduced,which equips the calculation for the loop-gain with a succinct manner.Based on the inequalities served as en-oscillation condition in phasor method in acited reference,the analylic derivation on the circuit contains sound particulars,which reach the conclusion that the sign of (φT(ω)/ω)ω=ω1 may hold its invariance despite the changes of component parameters.The circuit has more enriched working configurations than normal three-terminal patterned oscillator,and for each specific configuration,the restrict-rules for the component parameters under the transition point for the startup of oscillation are simple.The theoretical results coincide with simulation experiments and hardware circuit experiments.
