摘　　要：思想政治教育的有效性是有强烈现实意蕴的大课题。深入挖掘和开发利用地方历史文化,并将其转换为课程资源,运用到教师的教学实践与学生政治思想品德行为养成实践中,不失为提高思想政治理论课有效性的一种有益探索。The effectiveness of ideological and political education refers to a big subject with strong realistic connotation.Fully tapping,developing and utilizing local cultural resources and transforming them into course resources to apply them into the practices of teachers＇ teaching and students＇ political,ideological and moral behavior cultivation is a favorable exploration to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political theoretical course.
