论基础英语与专门用途英语的教学关系

摘　　要：就英语专业的基础英语教学和专门用途英语教学的联系分析,我国大部分高校的英语教师缺乏一个清晰的理解与掌握。本文分析了基础英语教学与专门用途英语教学的本质所在,阐述且解释了这里面的一些模糊认识,指出专门用途英语课程依然是以语言教学为中心,应当使学生获得提高英语水平、学习专业知识、训练专业英语表达的"一举三得"的学习效果。Through analyzing the relationship between the teaching of basic English and English for specific purposes for English major,the writer finds that most of college English teachers in China lack of a clear understanding of it.This paper analyzes the core of the teaching of basic English and English for specific purposes,interprets some fuzzy understanding,and points out that English for specific purposes should still focus on language teaching,and make students improve English level on both professional knowledge and English expression.
