摘　　要：大学生党员是大学生中的先进分子,他们的先锋模范作用对其他学生具有更直接、更广泛的影响力和号召力。本文在分析当前影响大学生党员先进性发挥的主要因素的基础上,提出以创先争优活动为契机,积极探索大学生党员先进性得到更好体现的好方法、好途径。College student party members are advanced elements among the college students,so their vanguard and exemplary role have more direct and extensive influence and appeal on other students.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the play of college party members＇ advanced nature, this paper puts forward effective approaches of developing the advanced nature of college student party members with the activity of striving for the best as an opportunity.
