摘　　要：近年来,大学生加入党组织的积极性越来越高,绝大多数人的入党动机是端正的,但也有一些人由于各种原因入党动机不端正,本文在调查研究的基础上对该问题作出了详细的分析,提出了一系列解决问题的具体措施,以期达到大学生端正入党动机的目的。In recent years,with the economic restructuring and the employment pressure,the motivation of the university students who apply to join the party shows diversity.This paper analyzes the correct and incorrect motivation of the contemporary college students to join the party,and from college students＇ self-learning and the training of party organizations aspects it discusses around the students how to establish the right motivation to join the party.
