摘　　要：高校助学贷款高违约率引发社会舆论关注。助学贷款政策性和商业性矛盾是高违约率的根本原因。本文认为高校应该以帮助学生成长和发展为资助工作目标,发挥营造诚信校园文化,完善还贷咨询服务,建立健全个人信息,加大对贫困生关爱和帮扶等中介管理者作用,促进教育公平和效率。The high rate of breaking the contacts for college student loan has arisen the attention of social media,while the paradox between the policy and commerce features of student loan is its basic cause.This paper holds that college student loan should aim at helping students＇ growth and development,advocate the culture of honest campus,improve loan counseling,establish personal information,enhance the role of intermediary in helping poverty-stricken students,so as to promote education fair and efficiency.
