湖南战略性新兴产业发展的金融支持研究

摘　　要：基于战略性新兴产业的产业特殊性以及产业发展的实际需要,构建一个健全完善的金融支持体系,将成为加快战略性新兴产业发展的关键。虽然近年来湖南战略性新兴产业的金融支持力度不断加大,战略性新兴产业也呈现出较快的发展趋势,但从当前湖南战略性新兴产业发展的需要和目标来看,金融支持仍显不足,金融约束较为明显。立足于湖南发展战略性新兴产业发展的实际,针对金融支持湖南战略性新兴产业发展的现状与不足进行分析,提出支持推动湖南战略性新兴产业发展的对策建议。Based on the particularity of strategic emerging industry as well as the actual demand of the industry development,to construct a perfect financial support system will become the key to speed up the development of the strategic emerging industry.Although the financial support about Hunan strategic emerging industry is increasing continuously in recent years,meanwhile the strategic emerging industry is developing faster and faster,financial support is obviously insufficient while the financial constraints are relatively obvious when it comes to the demand and goal of the development of the strategic emerging industry of Hunan province.The paper analyzes the current situation and the defects of financial support for Hunan strategic emerging industry development on the basis of the actual development situation,then puts forward some countermeasures on supporting the development of Hunan strategic emerging industry.
