摘　　要：在中国游客量持续增长、游客服务质量要求不断提升的背景下,使用信息化手段管理旅游客流已经成为必须。过对国内目前运行的4个区域性旅游团队管理信息系统进了比对研究,综合梳理其技术实现手段、管理架构和运营方式,分析其优势及存在问题。提出建立全国范围内的旅游团队管理信息系统设想,并对其实现的技术方案和运行机制提出了建议。Along with the increasing amount of tourist arrivals and requests for tourist service improvements,it is essential to apply information technological approaches to tourist flow management.This study provides a comparative analysis on four regional group-tourist information systems.It synthetically reviews their means to realize technologies,management structures,and operation methods,and discusses their strengths and drawbacks respectively.This study proposes the necessity to build a nationwide group-tourist information system.
