国有商业银行信息能力培育与风险控制的相关性研究

摘　　要：信息能力对于国有商业银行的风险控制存在着内在的激励性。国有商业银行信息能力包括信息生产能力、信息检索能力与信息应用能力三个要素,其风险控制包括战略风险控制、信用风险控制、操作风险控制与市场风险控制四个要素。通过构建结构方程模型,检验了信息能力与风险控制的关系。研究结果表明:从信息能力的视角来看,信息生产能力对国有商业银行风险控制的效应较强,而信息检索能力与信息应用能力的效应较弱;从风险控制的视角来看,在信息能力作用机制下,战略风险控制、信用风险控制、操作风险控制与市场风险控制均受到一定程度的改进。There is an inherent incentive information capacity for risk control of the state - owned commercial banks. The informa- tion capacity includes three elements like production capacity, retrieval capability and application capabilities. Risk con- trol of the state - owned comemereial banks includes four elements like strategic risk control, credit risk control, opera- tional risk control and market risk control. Using structural equation model to test the relationship between information capacity and risk control, the results show that information production capacity has strong effect on the state - owned commercial banks, risk control contrast weak effect by information retrieval capacity and information applications capac- ity; by information capacity mechanism, there is some degree of improvement of strategic risk, credit risk control, oper- ational risk control and market risk control.
