摘　　要：高校教务员是奋战在教学管理一线的主力军,教务员的综合素质是影响高校教学管理质量的关键因素。笔者对当前江苏省高校教务员的素质进行研究,指出了现状及存在的问题,提出提高高校教务员素质的具体的、可行性的建议。University provosts are the main force to fight in the 1st line of teaching management.Provosts＇ comprehensive qualities are the key factors to affect the teaching management quality in universities.The author makes a research on the current university provosts＇ qualities in Jiangsu province,points out the present situation and the existing problems,puts forward the concrete,feasible suggestions to improve university provosts＇ qualities.
