摘　　要：高等教育发展观决定着高等教育的发展方向,是制定高等教育发展规划的基础。本文试图从我国高等教育发展观的定义、演化过程以及影响因素等三个方面进行梳理和分析。The concept of the development of higher education determines the direction of development of higher education. Higher education development concept formulate the basis for the development of higher education planning.This paper attempts from the definition of the higher education development in China,evolution process and Influencing factors,etc these three aspects to sort out and analyze.
