从理工科院校角度浅析个性发展与共同理想的两难实践

摘　　要：对大学生进行中国特色社会主义共同理想教育和个性发展的引导,是建设社会主义核心价值体系的重要内容。本文阐释了中国特色社会主义共同理想的科学内涵,以及积极鼓励学生个性发展的重要意义,论述了从理工科院校学生的价值观的角度出发所体现出的现行社会高等教育中,个性发展与共同理想的两难实践,最后为当代理工科院校学生如何树立正确的价值观从而缓解这一矛盾提出了几点建议。Common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics, education and personality development in the guidance of college students is an important part of building a socialist core value system. This article explains the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the scientific connotation, and actively encourage the importance of personality development of students, discusses the perspective of students from engineering colleges values embodied in the existing social higher education, personality development and common ideal practice,the dilemma last for contemporary science and engineering college students how to establish the correct values in order to put forward some suggestions to alleviate the problem.
