摘　　要：农村中小学艺术教育在近年来取得了长足进步,但也出现了一些问题:艺术教育求全求高,艺术教育只是一种摆设,艺术教育呈现形式化。针对这些问题,我们认为解决的前提是提高思想认识,摆正艺术教育位置;另一个方面加强队伍建设,提高艺术教育师资水平也是重要的一环。Rural primary and secondary school art education in recent years has made considerable progress, but also appeared a few problems. To solve these problems,we think that the solu-tion is the premise of improving the ideological understanding, straighten out art education position, another aspect to strengthen team construction, improve the level of teachers art education is an important part.
