摘　　要：本文结合近年来地方高校的实验室建设与管理的实际,提出了地方高校实验室建设与管理模式的改革思考。实验室建设应以组建大学科实验教学中心为核心,既能满足不同专业的教学需要,也有利于整合实验教学资源和提高仪器设备利用率。实验室安全是实验室管理工作的重点,是实验教学良好运行的保证。抓好实验教师队伍建设和实验室开放,有利于教学效果的稳步提高。Reformation and exploration of laboratory construction and management mode made by Local Colleges and Universities in recent years are summarized in this paper. The core of laboratory construction for local colleges and universities is to establish the centre for experimental teaching based on different discipline.These centers can not only meet the need for different majors,but also can integrate the resources of experimental teaching and improve the useratio of instrument and equipment. Safety management of laboratory is the most important work in whole laboratory management, which is the guarantee for well-running of experimental teaching.In addition, the enhancement on the development of experiment teachers team and laboratory opening is in favor of the stable improve-ment of teaching effectiveness.
