摘  要:目的 了解围生期窒息新生儿血清 s ICAM-1水平的动态变化。方法 采用双抗体夹心 ELISA方法 ,检测 41例围生期窒息新生儿及 11例正常新生儿生后 0、3、7d血清 s ICAM-1的水平。结果  41例围生期窒息新生儿中 2 6例并发缺氧缺血性脑病 ,其中轻度 12例 ,中度 8例 ,重度 6例。对照组血清 s ICAM-1水平随日龄增加呈上升趋势 ,重度 HIE组水平均显著高于对照组、单纯窒息组及轻度、中度 HIE组的水平 (P<0 .0 5或 0 .0 1) ,其余 4组间的水平相差无显著性。结论  ICAM-1参与 HIE的发病过程 ,血清 sObjective To study the kinetics of serum sICAM-1 in neonates suffering from perinatal asphyxia.Methods Serum level of sICAM-1 in was determined by means of enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 41 neonates with perinatal asphyxia and 11 normal newborns on the days of 0,3,7, after their birth.Results Among 41 neonates with perinatal asphyxia, 26 cases were complicated with HIE with12 of mild degree, 8 of moderate degree and 6 of severe degree. Serum level of sICAM1 in the control group showed an increasing tendency. The level of serum sICAM1 in severe HIE group was significantly higher than that of other groups, while there was no great difference in the levels among the other four groups (P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion ICAM1 is involved in the incidence of HIE and the level of serum sICAM1 is closely relevant to the severity of cerebral injury and its prognosis.
