摘　　要：目的　探讨遗传因素与环境因素在高血压发病中的相对重要性。方法　对 42 6户再婚家庭进行高血压现况调查。结果　不同血缘关系子女的高血压患病率有差别。结论　在高血压发病中 。Objective To study the relative significance of the effects between genetic factors and environmental factors on the development of hypertension. Methods General survey was carried out about 426 remarried families in Zhaogezhuang of Tangshan on their development of hypertension.Results The prevalence rates of hypertension of children who had different consanguineous relationship showed great difference.Conclusion It is suggested that the effect resulted from genetic factors is more important than the environmental factors in the development of hypertension.
