摘　　要：独立学院已日渐成为我国高等教育办学体制的重要组成部分。独立学院的学生是大学生群体中比较特殊的一部分,他们既有当代大学生的共性,又有其比较鲜明的个性。本课题通过对独立学院本科学生进行立体的调查研究,对独立学院学生现状的深刻而细致的剖析,针对独立学院今后的学生管理工作,探索出一套行之有效、具有建设性的管理方法,以期真正构建起一支朝气蓬勃、热情向上、和谐民主的学生工作管理队伍。Independent college has already become an important component of China＇s higher education.Students in independent colleges are a special group among college students,for they have their own characteristics. Based on the survey on students in independent colleges,this paper analyzes their current status, and proposes a set of feasible management method, hoping to help construct an enthusiasm student management group.
