摘 要:介绍了石煤提钒工艺及其钒渣的物理化学特性,分析了各种提钒钒渣制备铝硅酸盐微晶玻璃的可行性。提出了在利用提钒钒渣制备微晶玻璃时,应首先考虑提钒钒渣中的化学成分,充分利用钒渣中的有价成分,特别注意钒渣放射性核素对微晶玻璃的影响,以及钒渣中重金属的稳定化处理。Vanadium extraction from stone coal and physical and chemical properties of the vanadium slags were briefly introduced. The feasibility of using various vanadium slags from vanadium extraction to prepare aluminosilieate glass - ceramics were also analyzed. The chemical composition of vanadium slags from vanadium extraction should be taken into consideration first so as to make full use of its useful components for preparation of glass - ceramics and at the same time special attention to radiation problem by the effect of radionuclides in the vanadium slags and stabilization of heavy metals should be paid when preparing glass ceramics by using vanadium slags.
