摘　　要：针对汽车皮带张紧轮轴承内套钻孔工序原加工机床(N336回转式六角车床)生产效率低、机床零件容易损坏的情况,在原单位选择了另一台加工机床(HZC-4型液压半自动车床),对其刀架、冷却系统、电气系统进行了一系列改造,并设计了钻夹和加工辅具,增加了防护罩。改进后的机床完全适应钻孔加工,比原加工机床生产效率提高一倍以上,且改造费用很低,扩大了机床加工工序,产品质量达到了技术要求。For the low productivity of the original machine tool（N336 rotation type turret lathe） for the inner ring drilling procedure of automotive belt tensioner bearing and the lathe parts liable to damage,another processing machine tool（HZC-4 hydraulic semi-automatic lathe） in the unit was selected to conduct a series of transformations on the toolholder,cooling system and electrical system,designing drill chuck and processing accessories and adding protective cover.The modified machine tool was completely applicable to the drilling process and its productivity is two times that of the original machine tool,with low cost,extending process range and making product quality up to technical requirement.
