摘　　要：通过对氮化硅和轴承钢两种材料性能的比较,并根据氮化硅材料的优良特性,制定出氮化硅球制造的方法。By the comparison of the two material properties of silicon nitride and bearing steels, and according to the excellent characteristics of the silicon nitride material, the manufacturing method of the silicon nitride balls was drew up.
