水性带锈防锈涂料的研制

摘　　要：采用水作为溶剂,苯丙乳液为成膜物质,氧化铁红和磷酸锌为主体防锈颜料,并加入复合缓蚀剂,研制一种稳定型水性带锈防锈涂料。此外,研究了颜基比、复合缓蚀剂对涂膜性能的影响。试验研究发现,当颜基比为1.0,复合缓蚀剂为0.5%时,涂膜的各项性能优良,以此优化来涂料配方。Using water as solvent, styrene - acrylic latex for becoming the membrane, oxidation iron oxide red and zinc phosphate as the main body antirust pigment, and adding the composite inhibitor, a stable waterborne antirust paint with rust was developed. In addition, the YanJi ratio and effect of composite inhibitor on the performance of the paint film were researched. It showed that when YanJi ratio was 1.0 and composite inhibitor was 0. 5%, the performance of the film was excellent, which was used to optimize the coating formula.
