摘  要:应用气相色谱法(GC-FPD)测定了水稻植株、糙米、稻壳、土壤及田水样品中的杀虫双含量。样品经盐酸溶液提取,硫化钠溶液衍生化,液液萃取净化。结果表明:在0.0384~2.4 mg/kg添加水平范围内,杀虫双的平均添加回收率为83.53%~106.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.14%~15.91%(n=5)。方法的最小检出量为(MDL)为1.8×10-9g。该方法的杂质干扰少,准确性和灵敏度满足农药残留检测的要求。A method for determination of bisuhap residue in plant, coarse grain, rice husk, petty soil and water was established based on gas chromatograph with flame photometric detector ( GC - FPD) Residues were extracted from samples with hydrochloric acid solution, derivatizated by sodium sulphide solution, followed by extraction with chloroform. Average fortified recoveries in samples were found at the range of 83.53% ~ 106. 9% at fortified levels from 0. 0384 mg/kg to 2.4 mg/kg, with relative standard deviations of 2. 14% ~ 15.91% ( n = 5 ). The method detection limit (MDL) of bisuhap was 1.8 × 10^-9. This method found no interferences for blank samples and can meet the requirements of pesticide residue analysis on accuracy, sensitivity and precision.
