摘　　要：熔融指数(MI)是聚烯烃色母粒的一个重要性能指标,分析和总结了影响聚烯烃色母粒MI五个主要因素:色母粒载体的种类、载体的MI和载体在色母粒中所占的比例、色母粒中所选用的分散剂的种类和用量;色母粒中选用的颜料、填充料的种类与含量;色母粒中选用的润滑剂和其它添加剂的种类和含量和色母粒中填充料的种类和含量。Melting Index （MI） was one of the key performance index of polyolefin Masterbatch. Five main factors which would affect the performance of polyolefin Masterbateh mainly were analyzed and summarized, including the sorts and content of carrier resin, the sort and content of dispersion agents, the pigments chosen in Masterbateh, the sorts and content of filler and the sorts and contents of lubricant and the other additives.
