中国软珊瑚Nephthea brassica中两种多羟基甾醇的结构测定

摘　　要：从中国南海软珊瑚Nephtheabrassica的乙醇提取液中分离得到 2种多羟基甾醇 ,通过红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振谱数据分析 ,确定它们的结构分别为已知的 2 4 -亚甲基胆甾 - 5,2 4 ( 2 8) -二烯 - 3β ,7β ,19-三醇 ( 1)和新发现的 2 4 -亚甲基 - 5α -胆甾烷 - 3β ,6β ,9α ,19-四醇 ( 2 ) .Two polyhydroxylated steroids were isolated from the soft coral Nephthea brassica from the South China Sea. Their structures were established as the known 24-methylcholesta-5 24(28)-diene-3β,7β,19-triol(1) and the previously undescribed 24-methylene-5α cholesta-3β,6β,9α,19-tetrol(2) from spectral evidence.
