海洛因成瘾者肾上腺细胞数量和形态变化观察

摘　　要：采用HE和特染方法对 8例海洛因成瘾者肾上腺细胞数量和形态变化进行对比研究 .结果表明 ,吸毒 6～ 8a者 ,肾上腺皮、髓质细胞数量均显著减少 ,区域性纤维组织增生 ,慢性炎细胞浸润 ;吸毒 3～4a者 ,皮质细胞灶性坏死 ,髓质细胞数量明显减少 ,胞浆嗜铬颗粒数量和密度降低 ;吸毒 1～ 2a者 ,灶性球状带细胞增生、肥大 ,髓质细胞嗜铬颗粒数量和密度较正常降低 .提示吸毒时限长短与肾上腺细胞病损呈正相关 。Heroin-addicts adrenal cells amount and morphological change are compared by means of HE stains and special technique. Results: In 6 to 8 years' heroin-addicts, the amount of adrenal cortex and medulla cells lessens significantly, local connective tissue proliferates and chronic inflammatory cells invade; in 3 to 4 years' heroin-addicts, adrenal cortex shows local cellular necrosis, the amount of cells decreases significantly, and the amout of chromaffin granules and density reduce; in 1 to 2 years' heroin-addicts, the zona glomerulosa shows local cells mutiplicationm, hupertrophy, chromaffin granules reduced comparatively. It suggests that adrenal pathological lesions are positively related to heroin-addiction time and medical treatment should be directed against this situation.
