摘 要:实验在 4 5只麻醉、切断双侧迷走神经、肌肉麻痹及人工呼吸的家兔上进行 .记录膈神经放电 ,于延髓孤束核腹外侧区微量注射药物 ,改变呼吸中枢的活动 ,观察激光照射耳廓“胸肺区”对这些活动改变的影响 .结果表明 ,在未注药时激光照射耳廓“胸肺区”对呼吸中枢的活动无明显的影响 .当在延髓孤束核腹外侧区注射微量谷氨酸钠引起呼吸中枢的活动增强时 ,激光照射耳廓“胸肺区”能调整这种增强的活动使其基本恢复至注药前水平 .注射微量甘氨酸引起呼吸中枢的活动减弱时 ,激光照射耳廓“胸肺区”又能使这种减弱的活动恢复至注药前水平 .激光照射耳廓非“胸肺区”The experiments were performed on 45 anestherized, paralyzed and artificially ventilated rabbits and the discharge of phrenic nerve (DPN) was recorded. When microinjection of medicine into VLNTS induced the changes of activity of respiratory center, the effects of laser irradiation of 'chest and lung area' on these changes were observed. The results were as following: (1) When no medicine was microinjected into VLNTS, laser irradiation of 'chest and lung area' did not produce any effect on the activity of respiratory center. (2) When sodium glutamate or glycine was microinjected into VLNTS and caused the increasing or declining activities of respiratory center, laser irradiation of 'chest and lung area' regulated these activities to the levels before microinjection. Laser irradiation of these areas beyond ' chest and lung area' didn't cause above effects.
