妇科术后硬膜外腔注射吗啡镇痛效果观察

摘　　要：对妇科术后硬膜外腔注射吗啡镇痛效果进行观察分析探讨 .对 3a来我院使用术后硬膜外腔注射吗啡镇痛效果进行评定 .对血压、脉博等情况观察进行总结分析 .结果 :硬膜外腔注射吗啡术后镇痛效果优 85 6% ,良 6 8% .副作用主要有血压下降达 2 7 8%、恶心呕吐 15 5%、头晕 2 3 0 % .结果表明 :术后硬膜外腔注射吗啡镇痛效果好 ,方法简便、经济实惠、安全性高 ,可大力推广使用 .副作用可对症治疗 .血压下降要严密观察 ,建议术前、术中血压偏低 。To observe and analyze the analgesic effect of morphine injection in cavum epidurale after operation, analgesic effect is evaluated by analyzing and summarizing the blood pressure and pulse. 85 6% and 6 8% of the respective cases have excellent and good analgesic effect of morphine injection in cavum epidurale after operation has been proved effective, easy in operation, economical, practicable and safe, which can be widely applied. The side effects such as dizziness, nausea and vomiting can be treated according to indications. As for the drop of blood pressure, except keeping a close watch and increasing quantity of infusion, operation fro the patients careful consideration shall be given to the patients whose bold pressure is on the low side prior and during operation and haemorrhage.
