摘　　要：[目的]建立大豆子叶的愈伤组织诱导体系。[方法]以大豆子叶作为外植体,研究不同激素种类及其浓度对叶片再生的影响。[结果]在试验所用的4种培养基处理中,以MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L培养基的愈伤组织诱导效果最佳。[结论]为大豆的进一步工业化生产奠定了基础。[ Objective ] The aim was to establish the callus induction system of soybean leaf. [ Method ] The effect of different varieties and concentrations of hormones on the leaf regeneration was studied by using the soybean cotyledon as explants. [ Result] In the tested 4 medium treatments, the MS ＋6-BA 2 mg/L ＋ NAA 0.2 mg/L was the best medium for the soybean callus induction. [ Conclusion] It prepared the ground for the further industrial oroduction of soybean.
