云南罗平烟区烤烟品种云85烟叶质量现状量化分析研究

摘　　要：[目的]全面了解曲靖市罗平烟区烤烟品种云85最新烟叶整体质量状况,筛选出云85优质种植区域。[方法]2011年对云南省曲靖市罗平烟区9个烟叶代表性生产乡镇2010～2011 2年种植的云85烤烟品种共计146个中部烟叶样品进行了烟叶物理特性、外观质量、常规化学成分和感官质量的综合量化比较分析。[结果]罗平烟区云85烟叶外观质量和物理特性总体评价得分差异不大,烟叶颜色以桔黄为主,成熟度好,油分较足,身份适中,叶片结构疏松,色度强,外观质量总体较好;常规化学成分无显著差异,总体含量较为协调;烟叶感官质量总体表现为:香气质较好,香气量较足,杂气较少,刺激性中等,口感较舒适,燃烧性较强,感官特色基本一致。[结论]云南罗平烟区板桥镇综合得分最高,最为适宜建设云85烟叶工业原料基地单元。[ Objective ] To study general tobacco quality status of ＂Yun85＂ in Luoping tobacco production zone in Qujing City, and screen out the optimal planting area. [ Method ] According to the relevant standards, the quantitative comparative analysis on physical characteristics, ap- pearance quality and chemical composition of 146 central tobacco samples which were collected from nine flue 2010 -2011 cured tobacco of ＂Yun85＂ representative production regions of Luoping City, Yunnan Province were carried out in 2011. [ Result] The results showed that the difference in evaluation score of appearance quality tobacco ＂Yun85＂ of nine regions in Luoping was not significant. The tobacco leaves had high maturity, high oil content, 1 oose structure and good appearance quality. It had no significant difference in the chemical composition of to- bacco 1 eaves of different regions; The tobacco sensory quality overall performance for： aroma quantity is good, aroma volume is enough, mis- cellaneous gas volume is less, irritation is medium, taste quantity is comfortable, combustion is stronger, sensory characteristics are basically the same. [ Conclusion] The suitable tobacco production base was Banqiao County by the analysis on the overall appearance quality and chem- ical comoosition of ＂Yun85＂.
