摘　　要：结合我国动物源性产品出口频频遭遇技术壁垒的诸多实例,对国际上动物源性产品技术性贸易措施的表现形式、通关过程中技术性贸易措施、动物源性产品SPS通报、我国出口已遭遇的技术性贸易措施以及我国动物源性产品进口、出口情况进行了分析和研究,为今后如何趋利避害,不断健全和完善我国的兽药残留法律法规、标准体系,提高产品质量及扩大生产出口提供了参考。Based on many export animal-original products frequently encountering technical barriers, manifestations of animal-original prod- ucts in international technical trade measures, technical trade measures in clearance process, SPS notifications of animal-original products, technical trade measures that China＇s exports have encountered and the imports and exports statues of Chinese products of animal-origirial were analyzed and studied. The study will provide an alternative for how to draw on the advantages and avoid disadvantages, constantly improve and perfect our veterinary drug residues in laws, regulations and the standard system, improve product quality and expand production and export.
