职业农民培育理论研究述评

摘　　要：综述了国内专家关于职业农民培育问题的研究成果,认为相关研究主要集中在职业农民的涵义,培育职业农民的必要性、存在的障碍因素,职业农民培育的基本思路、模式、途径、政策,以及国外职业农民培育的经验启示等方面。认为总体来说职业农民培育的研究成果较少,有限的研究成果又主要集中在理论与宏观层面,而微观层面的职业农民培育实践研究,特别是其理论与实践相结合以及宏观与微观相比较的研究成果更少,这些将是未来职业农民培育研究的重点。The study of domestic experts on the cultivation of occupation peasants mainly concentrates on the meaning, necessity and obstacle factors of occupation peasants, the basic training thought, mode, way, policy of cultivation of occupation peasants and experience of foreign occupation peasants etc. In general the achievements of study on the cultivation of occupation peasants are not only very limited but also mainly concentrate on the theory and macroscopical level. The achievements of study on the practice of cultivation of occupation peasant in microcos- mic level especially in the combination of theory and practice as well as the macroscopic and microscopic studies is even less. These will be the study focus of cultivation of occupation peasants in the future.
