摘　　要：科研技能是提高大学生综合素质的一项重要内容。培养大学生科研技能,必须认清科研技能培养的重要意义。本研究通过探讨如何培养大学生的科研训练技能,提出作为教与学主体的教师和学生应从激发兴趣,端正态度、树立科研意识、强化实验教学作用、推动教师在科研训练中的负责制、加强学生收集科研资料和阅读强度以及培养学生的科研团队精神六个方面着手,积极探讨培养方法、不断拓展培养途径,加强科研理念,为培养学生的科研技能提供一种思路,促进大学生科研技能的提高。The scientific research ability is an important content in improving the students＇ comprehensive qualities.In order to cultivate the students＇ scientific research skills,teachers should get a clear understanding of the important sense of training the scientific research abilities.So through the discussion on how to cultivate the students＇ scientific research skills,putting forward the teachers and students as the main body in teaching and learning process,they should stimulate students＇ interests,take correct attitudes,set up their scientific research consciousness,strengthen the role of experiment teaching,promote teachers＇ responsibility system in the scientific research training,intensify students＇ collect scientific research materials and reading intensity and the cultivation of the students＇ scientific research team spirit,explore some new methods,widen the culture approaches,strengthen the cultivation of ideas,for providing the thought on training students＇ scientific research skills,and promote the students＇ scientific research skills.
