摘　　要：应用超声心动图测量儿童和成人各３６例动脉导管未闭患者（ＰＤＡ）在手术前后左室舒张末期内径（ＬＶＥＤＤ）和收缩末期内径。应用Ｃｕｂｅ公式自动计算出左室舒张末期容积（ＬＶＥＤＶ）、收缩末期容积（ＬＶＥＳＶ）、每搏搏出量（ＬＶＳＶ）、射血分数（ＬＶＥＦ）和短轴缩短率（ＬＶＦＳ）。将手术前后两组测量数据分别用统计学配对ｔ检验，再对两组手术前后ＬＶＥＤＶ指数进行对比。结果表明：两组手术后ＬＶＥＤＤ、ＬＶＥＤＶ、ＬＶＥＳＶ、ＬＶＳＶ、ＬＶＥＦ和ＬＶＦＳ均有不同程度变化，两者差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）；两组ＬＶＥＤＶ指数差别不明显。To compare the different change of left ventricular function before and after operation of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). The inner diameter of the left ventricle on end-diastole and end-systole before and after operation was measured by echocardiography in 36 children cases and 36 adult cases of PDA. Left ventricular end- diastolic volume (LVEDV), left ventricular end-systolic volume (LVESV), left ventricular stroke volume (LVSV), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular fraction shortening (LVFS) were calculat- calculated by cube formula automatically, LVEDV index was also calculated. Then the figures were statistically dysposed by t-test. The result shows LVEDV, LVESV, LVSV, LVEF and LVFS after operation decreased to normal in comparison with those before the operation, with significant difference (P<0.05-0. 0001). The difference of LVEDV index is not obvious between the two groups.
