谈“快易网球”的教学理念和教学方法在高校网球课上的运用

摘　　要：随着高校体育课程的改革,更多的课程突破了传统的教学方法,使用新的教学方法,不但让学生学起来更加地容易,同时也吸引了更多的学生学习本课程。在高校体育课网球教学中,无论是从教学的理念上还是教学方法上都存在一些问题,严重影响网球运动在高校的普及。自此一种新型的具有先进教学理念和教学方法,并且适合初学者的网球培训体系——"快易网球"的出现,使得高校网球的教学有了可以不断地借鉴先进的教学理念和教学方法的体系。With the reform of the physical education curriculum,the more courses exceeded the traditional teaching methods,the use of new teaching methods,not only allow students to learn more easily,while also attracting more students to this course.Tennis teaching in college physical education,both from a teaching philosophy or teaching methods,there are some problems,seriously affecting the popularity of tennis in colleges and universities.Since then,a new type of advanced teaching philosophy and teaching methods,and suitable for beginners tennis training system——＂Quick and Easy Tennis＂,making the teaching of the college tennis with advanced teaching concept and reference the method of the system.
