慢性风湿性心脏病心包组织的研究

摘　　要：采用ＨＥ、ＶＧ病理染色、透射电镜、原子吸收光谱测定、组织羟脯氨酸测定及蛋白电泳技术研究先天性心脏病（先心病）和慢性风湿性心脏病（风心病）心包组织病理、钙含量、胶原含量及Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原比值的变化，以探讨利用先心病及风心病人心包组织制作自体心包生物瓣膜的可行性。发现先心病、风心病人心包组织虽存在轻度纤维化，但组织结构基本正常，且胶原Ⅰ／Ⅲ型比值低于正常对照组，组织钙含量与正常对照组差异无显著性意义。作者认为大多数先心病和风心病人心包组织结构无严重病理改变，可用于制作自体心包瓣膜，但应用效果有待临床观察。The changes of tissue structure, Ca^(2+) and collagen contents, collagen type Ⅰ /Ⅲ ratio on pericar- dium of patients with CHD and RHD were studied by means of HE and VG staining, transmission electron micro- scope, histochemical and biochemical methods in order to investigate the feasiblility to make autologous pericardial heart valves by autologous pericardium of patients with congenital heart disease(CHD) and rheumatic heart disease (RHD). The pericardial tissue of patients with CHD or RHD showed slight fibrosis, the structure of tissue was basically normal, collagen type Ⅰ/ Ⅲ ratio were decreased and their calcium had no significant difference with that of normal people. The pericardium of patients with CHD and RHD can be used to make autologous pericardial heart valves, because its structure has no pathological changes on the whole, but its using should be followed up clinically.
