磷霉素氨丁三醇治疗细菌性泌尿道感染的临床研究

摘　　要：采用以环丙沙星为对照药，用随机对照临床试验的方法评价磷霉素氨丁二醇治疗细菌性泌尿道感染的临床效果。治疗组与对照组各２０例。给药方案：磷霉素氨丁三醇３ｇ，１次／ｄ口服，于每晚睡前温水送下；环丙沙星２５０ｍｇ，２次／ｄ口服。疗程均为５天。结果：试验药与对照药停药第１天及停药第８天临床有效率分别为９５．０％、９５．０％和１００％、９５．０％；两组治疗各种细菌感染有效率分别为１００％和９３．７５％；细菌学诊断阳性率均为８０％，细菌清除率均为９３．７５％；药物不良反应发生率均为５％。以上研究结果，经统计学处理两组差异无显著性意义（Ｐ＞０．０５），说明磷霉素氨了三醇治疗细菌性泌尿系感染，疗效肯定，不良反应较轻。The study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of fosfomycin trometamol in clinical treatment of bacterial urinary tract infections. Ciprofloxacin was used as control, a randomized control study was made to evalu- ate the therapeutic effect of fosfomycin trometamol and ciprofloxacin in 40 cases of bacterial urinary tract. infec- tions. Fosfomycin trometamol, 3g, po, once dailys ciprofloxacin, 250 mg, po, twice daily. The duration of treatment was 5 days in both groups. The clinical response of 40 cases in two groups, 20 in each group, were assessable. In fosfomycin trometamol group and ciprofloxacin group, the clinical efficacy rate one day after withdrawal was 95. 0% and 95. 0%, and 8 days after withdrawal was100 % and 95. 0% respectivelys the efficacy for bacterial infection was 100% and 93. 75 % respectively; the cultured bacterial rate was 80% in both groups;the bacterial eradication rate was 93. 75 % in both groups. The adverse drug reaction rate was 5% in both groups. There was no statistical significance between two groups(P>0. 05). Conclusion: fosfomycin trometamol is safe and effective for bacterial u- rinary tract infections.
