校准血清对甘油三酯测定结果的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究校准血清对甘油三酯测定结果的影响。方法:用两种校准物分别对甘油三酯过氧化物酶法试剂进行校准,然后对两种质控物和40份病人血清进行测定,对测定的结果采用SPSS13.0进行配对T检验。结果:两种校准物校准后的测定结果比较差异有统计学意义(T=8.155,P<0.05)。用甘油三酯试剂原厂校准物校准后的质控结果,符合省质控的靶值范围。而朗道复合血清校准物校准后的质控结果偏高,超出给定的靶值范围。结论:对于甘油三酯测定时最好选用与试剂相匹配的校准物。Objective.. To study the serum triglyceride determination of calibration results. Methods.. using two calibrator of tri-glyceride reagent calibrated, and on two control and 40patient serum were determined, the result of determination using SPSS13. 0paired T test. Results： The results of the two calibration complex school after the results had a significant difference （ T = 5. 436, P 〈 0.05）. Use of triglyeeride reagent factory calibration calibration of QC results, consistent with the provincial quality control target value range, randox composite serum calibrator calibrated quality control results on the high side, beyond the given target val-ue range. Conclusion： for the determination of triglyeeride reagent with the best choice when matching calibration material.
