摘 要:目的了解输注脐血凝血因子的活性。方法采集 10份新鲜脐血,对保存前及其在4℃、-20℃保存24h、48h后各凝血因子活性进行了动态检测。结果①脐血处于相对低凝状态;②脐血在4℃、-20℃保存24h、48h后其纤维蛋白原、因子Ⅴ、Ⅷ都呈现不同程度的衰减,且4℃和-20℃保存效果无显著差异,而其余因子则储存稳定。结论新鲜脐血中各凝血因子含量较低,且随保存时间的延长活性下降。Objective To explore the activities of coagulation factors in umbilical cord plasma. Methods An ACL-200(Automated Coagulation Laboratory) was used to detected the activities of coagulation factors in 10 fresh umbilical cord plasma, and their changes after the plasma was stored at 4℃, -20℃ for 24 hours and 48 hours. Results ①Umbilical cord plasma was in a relatively hypocoagulation status; ②Fibrinogen, some factors declined notably after the plasma was stored at 4℃ and -20℃ and there was no obvious difference between the two storage conditions. Conclusion The amount of coagulation factors in fresh umbilical cord plasma is low and the activity is declined with the duration of storage postponing.
